Calabaza, Abel and Carol

Abel and Carol Calabaza were a husband and wife team of potters from Santo Domingo Pueblo. Together and sometimes alone, they produced polychrome bowls, plates and jewelry that they sold at Santa Fe Indian Market and the Eight Northern Pueblos Arts & Crafts Fair for years, beginning around 1988.
