Villa, Anastasia

Maria Anastasia Villa Ortiz is a potter from the village of Mata Ortiz in northern Mexico. She’s the wife of potter Ruben Lozano. She earned a Third Place award for a black burnished piece with graphite, with or without design, at the 2018 Concurso Ceramica de Mata Ortiz.
