Naranjo, April

April Naranjo is the daughter of Glenda Naranjo, granddaughter of Flora T. Naranjo. April learned how to make pottery by watching and working with her mother and grandmother as she grew up at Santa Clara Pueblo.

April says her favorite form to make is the blackware wedding vase, carved with her particular contemporary avanyu design.
