Coriz, Arthur

Arthur was the husband of Hilda Coriz of Santo Domingo Pueblo. He learned how to make pottery by watching her and her brother Robert Tenorio making pottery. At first, he and Hilda were making the pots while Robert was decorating them. Then Arthur learned to do the painting.

Arthur and Hilda worked together for years and earned many awards. Arthur passed on in 1998, Hilda in 2007.
