Holguin, Arturo

Arturo Holguin is a potter from the village of Mata Ortiz in northern Mexico. He lived in Casas Grandes and started learning how to make pottery from Nicolas Quezada. He generally makes large, egg-shaped pieces and decorates them with flowing Paquimé designs.
