Cerno, Bernice

Bernice Cerno is a potter from Acoma Pueblo. She made black-on-white and polychrome jars, bowls and seed pots. She liked to paint them with Tularosa- and Mimbres-Revival designs. Her favorite designs were lightning bolts, Mimbres-style animals and fine line rain clouds.
