Bugarini, Cecy

Cecy Bugarini is a potter from the village of Mata Ortiz in northern Mexico. She was born in 1990 and learned how to make pottery through watching her neighbor, Lucy Mora, as she made pottery.

Cecy’s husband is Jose Miguel Almeraz, another excellent Mata Ortiz potter.
