Westika, Daryl

Daryl Westika is a potter from Zuni Pueblo. He learned how to make pottery in Jennie Laate‘s classes at Zuni High School. Later on he married Priscilla Peynetsa and shortly after, she gave birth to their son, Gaylon Westika.

Gaylon learned how to make pottery at school, too, and has produced some pottery for the marketplace but we have been told he is more focused on his tribal religion than on his pottery.
