Reano, Dean

Dean Reano was born into Acoma Pueblo in 1956. His heritage is Acoma, Santo Domingo and Sioux. He began making pottery on his own in the early 1980s and made mostly black-on-white and polychrome jars, plates, bowls and miniatures. His favorite designs to paint are Mimbres animal figures.

Dean usually collaborates with his wife, Divine Routzen Reano.
