Eustace, Joseph

Joseph Eustace was the son of Felecita Eustace of Cochiti Pueblo and Ben Eustace of Zuni Pueblo. He grew up in a pottery-and-jewelry-making household, learning little bits of the process of making traditional pottery and jewelry on a daily basis. He was born in the early 1950s and was making pottery for the marketplace almost right out of high school.

Joseph liked to make polychrome jars, bowls and storytellers. He also made jewelry.
