Ozuna, Lucero

Lucero Ozuna is a potter from theMata Ortiz area in northern Mexico. He’s the son of Tomas Ozuna and Sylvia Silveira, brother of Lazaro Ozuna. Octavio Silveira and Sabino Villalba are uncles, Jesus Octavio Silveira and Octavio Silveira are cousins.

In 2016 Lucero earned the Second Place ribbon at the annual Concurso Ceramica de Mata Ortiz for a burnished black graphite piece he made. Other than that there isn’t much info available about him.
