Moquino, Marvin

Marvin Moquino is the son of Corn Moquino and Christine Herrera of Santa Clara Pueblo. Among his siblings are James, Christopher, Melvin, Mark, Michael, Martin, Matthew and Bernice Moquino. They all learned how to make pottery from their parents as they were growing up. Jennifer Moquino is his niece. 

Marvin specialized in making blackware bowls and jars, carving them usually with an avanyu design. He also often collaborated with his wife, Delores.
