Martinez, Nicholas

Nicholas Martinez is a potter from San Ildefonso Pueblo who seems to mostly work in black-on-black styles. He’s also a graduate of the Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas. He signs most of his pieces with his Tewa name: Okuwa-Tah.
