Talachy, Pearl

Born in 1927, Pearl Talachy was a potter from Nambe Pueblo. She also did award-earning embroidery work. Some of her pottery was made in collaboration with her husband, Gary Talachy. Together, they made micaceous jars with carved geometric designs. By herself, Pearl mostly made seed pots decorated with sgraffito designs.
