Tosa, Phyllis M

Phyllis Magdalena Tosa is a potter from Jemez Pueblo. She makes the full range of matte polychrome Jemez pottery: figures, jars, bowls, wedding vases and seed pots. She likes to decorate them with geometric designs. Her husband, Paul, is also a potter but he’s served as Governor of Jemez Pueblo at least four times.
