Ledezma, Rafael

Rafael Ledezma Veloz is the brother of Arturo Ledezma. Among his other siblings are Efren, Juana, Gerardo and Santos Ledezma. They all make pottery in the Mata Ortiz area of northern Mexico. Rafael’s pottery, though, is usually very similar to that of Arturo. The only real difference is that Rafael often paints the rims of his pots and none of his brothers do.
