Polacca, Reva

Born into the Hopi-Tewa world in 1964, Reva Polacca is the daughter of Harold Polacca and Alice Cassa (Pima). Among her siblings are potters Clement Polacca, Vernida Polacca, Marvin Polacca and Clinton Polacca. Despite growing up in a family steeped in the making of pottery, Reva showed no interest until after she married Lloyd Ami Jr. in the early 1980s. Then she went to her father and learned how from him.
