Tsipa, Sadie

Sadie Tsipa was a potter from Zuni Pueblo who was active from the early 1940s into the 1960s. She was born in July 1915 and passed away in March 2010. She mostly made traditional polychrome jars, bowls, effigy jars, frog pots and owls. Her favorite designs seem to have included deer-with-heart-lines and frogs.
